Production is the work that goes unnoticed if done correctly. My job as producer varies from project to project, but I can be expected to direct the caster and analysts, give direction to players in game lobbies, balance audio levels, provide in-game spectating, and manage scene transitions. I’m the most happy when I can allow my on screen talent to do their jobs and provide a great broadcast for viewers.
